Our Connections
Our Denomination
We belong to the Orthodox Presbyterian Church, a conservative Presbyterian church that began in 1936 under the leadership of J. Gresham Machen. There is a renewed call today for small-“o” orthodox churches. We are a small-“o” orthodox church. It’s even in our name.

We Are Working with Others
In addition to connecting Orthodox Presbyterian congregations with each other, our denomination strives for greater unity with other Bible-believing Reformed and Presbyterian denominations all around the world.
NAPARC: The OPC belongs to the North American Presbyterian and Reformed Council, a body representing thirteen denominations. Locally, we work alongside our sister churches—the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), United Reformed Churches of North America (URCNA), and the Reformed Presbyterian Church of North America (RPCNA)—in pastoral counseling, theological discussion, prayer, worship, mentoring, the transfer of members, and the starting of new churches.
ICRC: The OPC belongs to the International Conference of Reformed Churches. We pray for the global mission that we share with our brothers and sisters around the world, send missionaries to the field, and support the mission financially through an annual offering to Worldwide Outreach.
